Sea Me Spring Too has a great view from their top floor pool. Just beside Hilton, so you're getting the same view (albeit Hilton is many floors higher) while paying a fraction of the price. THB140++ per night.

 

You can also ask for a sea view room, but maybe have to pay extra.
