Red-shirt activist released without charge related to Samui blast

A red-shirt activist who has posted a message on his Facebook wall encouraging attacks against Surat Thani shortly before Samui blast has been released after he was detained by troops for seven days, Col Winthai Suvaree, spokesman of the National Council for Peace and Order said Monday.
