In times past I've had problems with PayPal limitations.  Does PayPal get limited often with a Thai bank account?  I have found that if you age a PayPal account for 2 weeks the accounts don't get limited as much.  Anyone with experience in this area?

I don't have any limitations. However bear in mind it's only possible to receive money in Thailand. Not to add money from you Thai bank account.
