Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has ordered the Civil Aviation Department to hold an urgent meeting with airlines after two Thai airlines failed to win approval from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau in time for their chartered flights, Deputy Government Spokesman Maj Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said Monday.
