I wonder if there is more to this story?

I wonder if there is more to this story?

You know what?

I read this and instantly thought " this fucker has fallen off his bike and made up a nice little story".

6 Thai guys on 3 bikes?

One of them obviously wasn't a sky fall doorman.

And am I correct in assuming his Mother called him Daniel Daniel?

whats the name of the bar...looks older than 33...how does he stay in thailand...visa   etc...

6 thai guys are pretty quick...if he was on the deck...just one kick would do the trick...head or bollox...its goodnite...

I was thinking more along the lines of girls, money or drugs!

Good on him.

Had 3 on 2 bikes try to take me down one dark rainy night out on Train Road with the leader trying to take me out swinging a pole like a Samurai swordsman.

I was very very lucky I gathered my wits and had a bike which eventually I outran them on.....cnuts.

They were known as the KhaoTalo gang back then and some were caught marching farang to ATMs at knife and gun point.

According to the Ex they werent fussy who they robbed and took a Thai lady down for her bike.

I was on a near new bike carrying a camera about 10k and all my plastic.

The Ex said if theyd got me down they may well have killed me.

The Darkside is aptly named IMO esp if youre on a bike in the early hours.

Very frightening indeed ... Lucky man to live to tell a tale .. Where is that train Road ?? In case I move to Pattaya in near future . I always goes home alone for last ten years to my condo at 4am from the bahtbus route near Pratumnak hill , won't do that anymore , could feel the danger while walking along down the hill early in the morning .

Train Road runs both sides of the railway a bit East of Sukhumvit and parallel to it...sometimes called a relief road I think....I was relieved to make it home that night and had to think of different routes for a while in case they planned to try again.

Theyre out there no mistake and when their TGFs takings are down is when the cnuts get more hungry.

If youre in a rship and watching TV at night then DS can be a cheapdr option but if you ride into Pattaya central regularly you need your wits about you.

Good on him.

That puts a different spin on it then.

Not the same story but about gangs on their scooters.

A few years back I was heading into Pattaya by taxi, I'm not sure of exactly where we were  outskirts of Pattaya we ,were behind a group of young blokes on scooters, I was half asleep and woke up a bit as I could feel the taxi slow right down, these blokes were weaving  passing around us either side of the taxi, they and us were doing about 30 k I said to the driver can we pass and go a bit faster, still in a bit of a slumber when he keeps pointing to the blokes, that's when I released two of them had pistols and they were playing with each other pretending to shoot at each other, I kind of tried to melt into the foot well of the car. 5555 so yes like Edge says they are out there.
