Im looking for cheap accomodation for 2 months in jan 2016

Featured Replies

My budget is 10000THB a month with electric and water included. (can be 7000thb without elec and water).

It can be hotel, condo, apartment, guesthouse or even privat accomodation, if someone is interested in renting out their apartment to a fellow monger.

I been searching a lot of websites and PA, so far have only found this http://budgetcondopattaya.com for a place called Nirun. It looks ok to me, but they dont

answer my emails???

So now I come to the board, to see if someone can put me in the right direction.

These things are all at the Nirun place, and also is a must for the place you might have or know about.:

Location not too far from the soi Lenkee, LK Metro area.

Swimmingpool (or access to one very close by)

Flatscreen TV with HDMI input.

Fan and A/C.

Safety box in room (best with room for laptop, or if not a lockable closet),

Balcony

WiFi

arriving 10th jan 2016 leaving 8th march

Youre welcome to PM me if you have questions, or just post it here in the thread.

Cheers guys :-)

Just another suggestion.....I like staying at the Lek Hotel on Second street one block from Soi Diana. Has a decent pool, small safe in room, hotel staff is nice , girl friendly (as long as no trouble).............about 1000 baht/night.....longer stay probably price negotiable.  This place is so location friendly for me.....I like it there.........Very close to LK Metro....not far waking to Walking street.........Baht bus route ......rooms are convenient, not extravagant......might want to take a look

Nirun condo is in your price range, but it is far away, other side of third road. Contact English rose or Brisbane al ( honey pot)

They rent by the month in your range.

English Rose want 14500 for the cheapest room, so that wont do. Cant seem to find anything about Brisbane Al or the honey pot, other that is a sports bar.

Nirun has around 2000 apartments and there Re a couple of shop fronts which handle rentals. Two blocks at the rear are around 36 sq metres while the others are about 26-27 sq m Biggest problem is a lack of transport, but if you hire a motorbike then no worries.

Personally I would prefer something around soi buakaow, lots of side streets with accom there, though having a pool might be difficult. Easy baht bus transport and a short walk to the beach and some good bar areas.

Yes I agree. That is why i posted this if someone has knowledge about any cheap accomodations in the Soi Lenkee/L.K. Metro area. :-)

Pm Brisbane al, he told me their rooms are 10,000 per month, and many good reviews from members. And your in the heart of the action.

+1 for this. Location is great and I don't think you will find better room for that price.

Canterbury tales has a variety of rooms at a variety of prices.

I thought the Sawasdee places had rooms for 10k a month all in and decent locations?

is this the place on buhkow across from pook bar? The purple place? I went in for a look.

I wouldn't bring a $500 baht beach road skank there! Shit hole! Period!

Try them I am sure you get Monthly rental for around 10 000 baht.

I bit out of way but easy bathbus Ride to WS.

There is one on Soi 10 nr Beach Road - but for 10k all in - what would you expect - that is the OPs budget

Not sure if the Guy I use has condo that low but worth contacting him give him a go. Has a lot of stock coming on line and may be able to help

Gianluca Chiappa   email [email protected].   ... I use him now for all my accommodation needs and my friends do also.  Mention you found about him on a PA post.

He really looks after you and will help if he can

We fall just over the OP's budget at 10,000 plus power and water. Going to be hard to get much better for a month in high season in this area.

Its actually for 2 months

Nirun Condo is not too far away. You can walk to soi Chaiyaphum/Honey/Diana in under 15 minutes, 5 minutes on a motorcycle taxi and there are heaps of them outside. Nirun is very close to Big C, so great for picking stuff up. Also you can get anything you want inside Nirun - restaurants, bars, laundry, gym, hairdressers, massage. And yes you can pick up pussy there too.

Only downside is they have cleared all the vacant land adjacent to Nirun Condo and it looks like they'll be building there soon. So it will become noisy soon, plus the views from all the rooms on the south side will probably be blocked soon.

i stayed near nirun last year, it is a little too far away, gets to be a pain in the ass after a while, and for the cost of a moto taxi for 2 months, you may as well stay in the Hilton.

And ou can factor in the cost of your ladies, do you think she will want to walk there or back.

Add on more for her taxi fare.

Yes if you're in the budget it's very important to stay near the baht bus routes. Other possibility is to rent a motobike, but that is darn dangerous game if you like to drink and even when sober.

I think OP has too many wishes for that money. Maybe it's easiest to ditch the pool imho.
