I've used Key Visa before. They were pretty good. They are next to Big C, South Pattaya.

Sportsman, Soi13, 06.30 breakfast, VIP minibus, plenty of room with only 8 people Max, lunch supplied, price 2700b if I remember right with a small discount the earlier you book, free beer on arrival back at Sportsman which was about 2.30 in the afternoon. Highly recommended in my opinion

Five Star Visa Runs which operates from the Sportsman as Iluvpattaya said was pretty good. Plenty of room in a nice van, even to put your feet up and with lunch and breakfast a pretty good deal.
