A.A. Pattaya Hotel Soi 13 2nd road

Hi,

 

Have anybody stayed at this hotel recently? I am looking for a cheaper hotel this trip, usually stay at Sandy Springs, but the weak Swedish krona make me looking for a cheaper alternative this time. I like Soi 13 because it is a quiet soi but close to everything.

 

A.A. Pattaya Hotel: how are the rooms? Girlfriendly?

Girl friendly but pay extra for extra ladies. Rooms were not nice. Very old and worn out. Bathrooms bery very average. I stayed 2 nights before I'd had enough.

hotel is called the AA Residence. I checked this year and the pool was closed and looked like a carp pond (the rooftop one was still open though). The place was mostly empty and run down, par for the course with those particular owners.  So I ponied up the extra cash and went to Sandy Springs 5555. There is a discount card for Sandy that brings the price down quite a bit.  You could also check down the soi at Ma Maison, they had a special on for 999 baht or something like that.

looked at the rooms when i was there last year, Looked like a dump so left pretty sharp.

Better places around soi lenkee / Chiaypoon which is only a short stroll (stagger) away.
