Yes flying from Los Angeles to Tokyo great food but flying from Tokyo to Singapore very minimum food!!

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatal

Always good food flying from west to east, but no the way back, it's dog food.

Try china eastern, beyond belief!

Doesn't look much different from any of the other airlines ...

I agree with Jerry - aside from the Mars bar, doesn't look any different from the food served on Cathay, China Airlines, Delta, ANA, Lufthansa, etc...

same as emirates, qatar, etihad......

at least now you know!

Wow,looks better than China airlines business class meal I had last time.

Good food agree.

Seats ok but not much room in economy.

Star Alliance great.

Any pics of the trolly dollies ?????

That actually looks way better than any of US Airways domestic transcontinental first class meals. I thought Emirates did a great job with economy class meals too on longhaul flights. Plenty of food with multiple drink rounds. That's the right approach. Stuff your passengers, give 'em a drink, and lower the lights. They'll zonk out before they notice how cramped it is.

Yes SIA and more generally major asian and Middle East airlines are better than US and European one in tern of service, food for the same price.

Flew SIA once from LAX to Indonesia and felt the food was a step above EVA and Korean along with better drink service. I also like they will give you a sandwich or noodles between meals...really helpful for my son who refused to sleep because he loved the entertainment system so much.

as said already looks the same as what i got on korean air who also will serve noodles and sandwich between the main service.

jin air not so much but damn did they have some beautiful attendants and friendly too.

I actually look forward to my meals on a plane, its good to compare them aginst other airlines i`ve used, although some are better than others, on the whole i dont think they`re bad, some travellers who find fault and nitpick should remember where they are.

Looks almost exactly the same as what I got when flying with Emirates.Did not get an ice cream bar ,but there was a pretty good dessert with every meal.

And of course Singapore Girls flight attendant 555

I'd have to say that some of the Emirates flight attendants are pretty hot as well. And you have a great mix of all different nationalities.

And you  get a  wine and cocktail list.

As much as I love all things Australian, I got to get me action of the asian persuasian.
