Have two bookings here for May and October and really looking forward to my stays, it has everything i

need including 2 pools and a kitchen will not stay anywhere else now, Meow and her team work very hard

to make sure you are having a good time, I normally stay for 1 month at a time and pay monthly which is

cheaper than daily rate plus E/W.

 

I see on there website they are about to upgrade there C-Block deluxe studio's and room 207 my room for

the last 2 trips love that room overlooking the no1 swimming pool.

Not worried by any work that may be going on there when i arrive because i have booked a C-Block room

for my May trip, i am sure David will try and keep any noise to a minimum.

 

 AS OF NOVEMBER 1. 2015 all C-Block Deluxe will be done & upgraded to C-Block Premiums, with larger
 bathroom/shower, improved layout, new wardrobes & kitchenette and large 50-inch Flat-screen. 
Prices as of 1.11.2015 for all C-Block studios will be slightly raised... T-207 will be a Super-Premium!

It's such a popular place you really do have to book well in advance even up to 1 year, while i

was there in May/June i booked my room for the same time next year to be sure of a room.

I am also there for all of October which again was booked end of last year.

They do have a fair share of rooms not limited but very popular, i am having an extra trip to

Pattaya next month but will not be staying there because like you not worth emailing Meow

because almost unlikely there will be any rooms available so will stay elsewhere this trip.

It's worth while booking a year in advance here it can easily be cancelled at any time there is

no deposit required here just email Meow.

I've also stayed here few times, in few different rooms. Great place.

Very good location but still very quiet. It is really relaxed environment while having breakfast or lunch, and even for just relaxing by one of the two swimming pools.

The manager Meow is one of the big assets of this place. She is always nice and willing to help. One of the nicest managers I've ever known in Pattaya.

 

Indeed, The place is very popular and almost always fully booked, but there are a lot of different rooms, so it worth checking nonetheless.
