best monthly rates apartment

I am planning on coming pattaya from mid april to mid june. last time I found a studio for 9000thb/month without electricity. good price exept for the location, soi pothisan, a little far from WS.

Can you suggest a place in a better position? need a studio approx. 30 sqm with air cond, king size bed, new tv, refrigerator.

internet is not a must since I can use my true move sim in tethering to connect the laptop.
