Hemingway hotel/Patong

Hi I have a booking at the hemingway hotel in Patong beach for June

Anyone stayed there and have comments? Is it guest friendly?

I stayed hemmingways hotel Patong on san sosibei in july, location is great but i wouldnt recommend much else, pool is tiny and was on the verge of going green, no water one day and another evening with no power, for a few extra dollars, the yorkshire on the same street is much better option, big pool, gym, nicer rooms etc

I just finished staying in this hotel and I'd advise the to avoid it at all costs.

The AC in the room didn't work and leaked water everywhere.  They switched me to a new run and still didn't have working AC. 

The shower drain in both bathrooms didn't witht and flooded the bathroom when I took a shower.

They lost power for quite a while on one day and they're was constant noise of construction during the day, which doesn't help if you like to sleep in.
