why are you selling

I brought this house as an investment so either rent it out or sell for quick profit taking. Nothing wrong with the house it's only about 4 years old.

There's a small kitchen area with standard size built in stailess sink for dish washing and a two head gas stove for cooking (in the second photo next to the TV cabinet.

This house is 21 talang wah and if I'm not wrong 1 talangwah = 4 Sq Meters so that makes the house 84 Sq Meters.

Is it already in a business name? Can it easily be transfered to a Farang?

It's in a Thai name (me). As a foreigner you would need to have a company and the company buys the house. Or another option is buy it under a 30 year lease.

This is a good time to buy property as the goverment has reduced transfer tax etc..

Price is negotiable I'm willing to go down to 900,000 which is a real bargain.

There is no security guards. The village is a small one so the chances are that no unfimiliar face would want to enter or you are recognized starightaway. The houses are about 4-5 years old and you can check with any of the neighbors there has'nt been a single break in.

It's also safe for kids to run around due to the village being a dead end and the length of the whole street is only 50 meters so there is no hassel of fast cars or bikes.

As I said there is no other reason for me to rent it or sell it except for investment reasons.

For the right price many of the hotels are up for sale in this city. You will need to be more specific and I'm pretty positive that someone will come up with something for you.

The house was rented out within the month of the post for 6 months.

If the tenent don't renew the contract the house will be available again in March 09.

Did you sale already? My wife who is Thai and I are looking for a house. And what are your terms of paying for the home? Can a contract be establish so we can pay for the house as we rent? If aviable still, we can look at the house. Let me know.
