Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha Tuesday instructed the Information and Communications Technology and PM's Operations Centre to jointly develop an IT system that can link all government agencies' databases so that all agencies could share the information, Deputy Government Spokesman Maj Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd said.
