Just after a bit of info, I have emailed bells bus for a pick up on sunday, 2days ago. How long does it usually take them to reply as I have not heard from them. Thanks for any feedback.

can't comment on the email reply time but if you are in pattaya, it's best to either call them on the phone or stop by their office...

Just make the booking online to be sure.  Emailing might actually be ignored.  They have their system and the drivers gets a print out of pick up location and name and etc.

You e-mail them if you don't find your hotel on the list. I e-mail them last month because I could not find the hotel I was going to stay. They reply back me within one day. Otherwise just go to their web site and book your trip. They have an "other" section which they put the guesthouses, condos, apartments, and some new hotels there. If you are staying in some common place, you should be able to find it there.
