Anyone recommend a decent place to stay

coming to Pattaya in March for 20 days. Looking for a cheap ish place to stay

Preferably Soi Lengkee area

Book 2-3 nights somewhere in the area then check the area. Should get good walk in rates that time of year.  Check out the accommodation forum on PA plenty of good advice there.

I've stayed at Boomerang Guesthouse. Rooms are pretty good. Location is just off Soi Buakhao www.boomerangpattaya.com

Yes but next door is undergoing renovations between 11am-5pm...probably not a good place to stay for the next few months.

Jocky's Soi Lenkee , lovely rooms above the best resto in Sio Lenkee  , of the same name , near / next to China Garden but for the price you wont be disappointed , Jocky's has some ambiance and is fairy new..

Go and look at Chada Thai House when you are in town.Can be a bit overpriced on Agada,so walk in and they might do a special rate.No joiner fee for 2 girls when I stayed there & a quality room & bed.Quiet at night.It is next to the Intimate hotel.

You can look on Agoda but I haven't yet decided on the best area. I'm looking at the central area away from the beach.
