Very last minute hotel search, February month

Hello all,

 

Arrived Patts couple days ago but my hotel choice Didn't work out so quit that one and now must do a morning and perhaps afternoon walkabout looking for accommodations.

 

Budget : up to 35k

 

Prefer hotel over guesthouse

 

Indifferent as to breakfast included or not

 

No need for pool or gym as I've already joined marriotts facilities

 

Prefer second road or beach road proximity , or easy access to baht bus.

 

Prefer newish place if possible with security, no joiners fee.

 

Require in room safe

 

Not interested in a place actually in the Walking Street action.

 

Thanks, and if u come across this thread within the next 8 hours or so make a suggestion (if u feel it's very likely within my budget). I'll be checking in.

Have you tried Agoda.

You didn't say how long you were looking for

Yeah I forgot to make the length of stay clear. It's for the whole month of February so will try walking in and asking about a month rate rather than Agoda.

Residence Garden - 1400b a day. Huge 1 bedroom apartments, 5-6th floor, great views

 

Mr Macs hotel next door - 800b a day. Big rooms great bathrooms renovated w rain showers. New flat screen TVs, big bed.

 

Honey Lodge - super close to WS - 1200 or so on Agoda

 

Natural Beach - beach road corner Soi 11.  Walk in and tell them 1000b a night. Small rooms, ok bathrooms, nice pool.

Thanks guys. I did check out natural beach. I liked it but they wouldn't budge from 1300 baht per night. Maybe I will end up there anyway as I am not finding many good month rates.

Book 2-3 nights, arrive then walk around.  Face to face should get you a good rate for that long.

Yeah no discount there at all offered . And actually not huge mark offs anywhere I've walked in. That new serenotel has two buildings , one at 70k per month and one with the tiniest rooms I've ever seen for 40k. Scenery city hotel is 33k, I think regular price would be 39k. Gonna have to decide something or maybe hotel hop this time.

Scenery city is quality new hotel with good wifi....can't speak highly enough of the place
