China Garden Jacuzzi Suite 1200-1500 baht/nite fun fun fun...

One of these on Soi 10: Page 10, The Stay, Sea Me Spring, Sea Me Spring Too. The last 2 might have some noise due to construction

Too many to choose from really.  Depends what your definition of best is and most specifically where you like to stay.

Ok so my best hotels under 2000b

 

Residence Garden. On Thap Phraya Road, Huge 1 Bedroom apartments for 1500 a night. 5-6 floors have sea views.

 

Mr Macs hotel, next to Residence Garden 800-1000 baht for huge rooms also plus excellent bathrooms with rain-head showers.

 

Honey Lodge on Pattaya Tai, a 1 minute walk from WS entrance and in the thick of that area. 1000-1200 a night.

my pal just got back from 247 hotel on soi honey he said it is the best place he has stayed for the $

247 is a good hotel. Stayed there last trip as well. Only problem I had with the hotel were very thin walls on my floor. You could easily hear what was going on in other rooms on the same floor. Besides that it is a good hotel for the price.
