I will be staying in Bangkok for 3 nights abd wanted to find a nice hotel near terminal 21. I will have a non BG with me otherwise i would prob stay at the dawin where i stayed last time. Mainly looking for a nice hotel room for my girl and a good gym would be nice. I am only staying 3 days so can spend a bit more than usual for a nice place but a decent price one is also nice.

Why not stay in the Grande Centre hotel above Terminal 21?

Fantastic hotel and even the basic rooms have a lovely big bath.

I've paid about 3k Baht the last few times I stayed there, but noticed I can't get a decent deal yet for this coming April, I'll keep looking though.

yeah its about 3600 now before tax so i will keep an eye on it. I am also looking at continental bangkok across the street and it seems to be around 3000 before tax and looks nice also and a third i am looking at is the westin grande which looks somewhat close on the map.

fusion suites was nice, and I got a great deal on the room...

saw the price looks great but is the location ok. It seems to be around the corner a block or two away. Rooms look kind of funky and cool

the Best Western is OK and relatively close to that area... have stayed there a few years ago and a bud of mine who lives in Pattaya has stayed there a couple times recently... but not sure about a fitness center... might not have one...

Retired in Pattaya, Thailand - arrived April 1, 2014... Ohhhhh yeahhhhhh... LiveN my dream!

the street is quite nice, there's a great tapas restaurant across the street... the hotel is cool, there's an classic bmw motorcycle in the lobby by the elevator, polished concrete floors, very eclectic and cool boutique hotel...

Check out The Column Serviced Apartments only 5 minutes walk from T21 and Asoke BTS. The rooms are huge and have kitchens plus washer and dryer. Breakfast included. There is a big Foodland right next door and the large counter service is open 24 hours and has takeaway. Have been staying at the Column for years and the staff is great.

Paradiso Boutique suites. 1500-2000 a night. Modern small place opposite small garden. Right opposite T21 I think or 5 mins walk.

cool will look into it probably for my second trip to Bangkok on my next vacation. I have a condo in patts but will be taking weekend trips to Bangkok to meet up with a girl and this hotel looks like it will be worth a try.

sounds nice I like having a kitchen and washer and dryer, wish my condo in patts had a washer and dryer. also a foodland next door is great, nothing sucks worse than taking a  motorcycle taxi or multiple baht buses from central food market to my condo loaded with bags of groceries :)

I hadnt heard of this place and will def check it out. looks nice on Agoda and they have a special for 1062 baht cant beat that. I may book them for my second trip to BKK. thanks

love the places with glass wall bathroom but the girl i am staying with is not a BG and abit modest so may not be her style but def makes me want to stay there on a future trip and get a hot gogo girl from soi cowboy and bring her back to the room.  may have to look into this one also :)

forgot to add that it's a 5 minute walk to Soi Cowboy and basically same same for Asoke BTS, massage right next door and foodland 2 minutes up the Soi, actually must be the same soi - 16, as those serviced apartments Patriotallday mentioned...   might have to check that out myself

+1 Centre Point Terminal 21

Fantastic place I was given a free upgrade when I stayed 2 yrs ago

I agree 1000%.  Grande Centre Point hotel Terminal 21, Bangkok.  I have stayed here on two occasions.  Great location (next to Asok Sky Train, Subway and Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy) and a reasonable price for the 4 1/2 to 5 star hotel.

Each time I have been here my GFE and GF (from USA) has been very impressed and begged to go back. Washer and dryer in room a long with mini kitchen.

Get a high room as there are some great views of BKK.

Try the Dream Hotel up Soi 15. It is a funky boutique hotel with a cool design, good service that is girl friendly.

Stayed in the  annex part of this hotel, very good price considering the large room and location.  Only annoyance was dealing with the taxi drivers from the hotel early the morning who all wanted a flat fare of Baht 800 to the airport; didn't help matters that the bell boy at the hotel was trying to pressure me to take the fixed fare (ended up flagging down a cab a few blocks away who was willing to use the meter).
