It is a nice quite area but for that cash there are better around!

When my m8 moved to Pattaya he was looking for long term accommodation, he stayed at Baan Kumpa for 3yrs & loved it....(now lives up north with GF)

 

Its clean,quiet day & night, very affordable & walking distance to Soi Buakhao & Pattaya Klang......also 7/11's in short distance in either direction from memory. 

 

He never had a problem.
