A 34-year-old Malaysian tourist, Yim Wai Chuan, filed complaint with police in Chiang Mai late Saturday night, saying he and seven Malaysian friends were overcharged by a karaoke bar Friday night for Bt114,080.

The owner of the bar was arrested for operating a bar without a license. According to the article, the bar owner agreed to return 60 000 baht to the victims. So what happened to the rest of the money? Tea money?
