What are the best neighboring countries to get additional TR visas?

What countries close to Thailand are best ( good reputation, easiest ) for getting additional tourist visas? I have a triple entry but when all three 90 day cycles are used I'll need to grab another TR visa somewhere. Trying to budget/plan for that now.

I enjoyed Laos and I enjoyed the train ride down to Malaysia to Penang. Penang was a nice city.

Laos but the max you will get is a double entry though .
