LK Metro area

Hi Guys,
I've stayed at a number of hotels closer to the beach but after staying at China Garden last time I have just fallen in love with Soi Lengkee, LK etc area. I've tried booking China Garden but haven't had a response back, I'm now looking at Intimate or LK Metropole although something cheaper would do the job. Any opinions on great hotels in that area would be appreciated.

Of all the LK hotels the Mteropole is probably the most "dated" now. Its still very good but the decor is a bit "old fashioned" for many in these days of more boutique style places.

 

Looking at the cheaper end there are several very good value "guesthouses" in the area.

Cheers for the reply mate. That probably looks a little bit budget as to what I'm looking for.

Try Sutus Court 1. Perfect location, outdoor pool, balconies, huge shower area in bathroom that could easily fit 3 people...wink wink. I stayed there in December & will again in July. July is under $30US per night. Paid $33US in December. Room also 50sqm, which is nice and big.

Try Metro Appartments, I stayed there a couple of years ago(room 2)

and it was great

How many Sutus Courts are there!!?? Confusing the shit out of me.

I think there're four in this area, sutus 1 is the nicest of them, slightly higher rate though.

Doesn't really matter how many there are. Any fule kno that Sutus court is no match to the likes of the Metropole or Tim Intimate as suggested by the OP. Look at the prices for gods sake.

There's a new hotel called OZO at the back of Areca Lodge. A short walk to Soi Diana/LK and easy to get to 2nd road through through the Avenue complex.

Have a look at this site mate, it shows room rates, which are inclusive of water and electrics.
