Hotel/Apartment For Short Time Staying

I am sorry - I know that this question was asked 1 million times ...

 

But what is the best place for short times?

because it is difficult to select ... very difficult ...

 

let's say - internet:

 

- wifi (where? on the lobby of the hotel only? not? why? they are using special equipment to transfer the internet to the upper floors? they know/understand that I am talking about? they are system admins or programmers? I think - NOT)

 

- adsl. Are they providing computer? Not? if not so why adsl?

 

- wifi + adsl + computer (how many hotels in 'hot areas' are having those features)? Very very few ...

Next situation ... are you really thinking that people are coming here just for the girls (etc) only? yes ... But few of them are coming with this purpose ... most of them are in business trip, or on some occasional trip ... or any .... many people are coming as a family ...

 

Why all the hotels are talking about themselves as "we are guests friendly" ... if they know that it is not the main/significant value for their estimation by the customers? Competition? They are talking with themselves?

Because it is very very difficult to select good hotel being in home country (in Russia for my case) ... with no connections with anyone (do you know each other, right?) ... and so on ...

I am going in the beginning of March this year for 7 days ...

what to do? (i can use google)

what to see? (i can use google too)

where to live? (no way ...)
