cheapest ticket ever

Cph

Recommended Posts

I'm looking at prices for my upcoming trip in a couple of months.

The airline Norwegian - which can be a little bit dodgy - has a ticket without meal or luggage for 3.042 DKK which in todays exchange rate is 500 USD or 15.000 TBH

I have never seen such a low a price, makes it easier to do multiple trips each year...

Despite the fact that some BM would never buy flights with Aeroflot and the airline (also with regard to the fall of the ruble) had forcibly significantly reduce the price of their tickets at amazingly low prices. Another factor is that the upward push in terms konkureceschopnosti also Turkish Airlines and are becoming increasingly popular. Generally, the crisis in the EU also has an impact on travel and if this destination is a lot of competition on this route and many lines, some companies try to offer events and anti flights and push others and become the dominant player.
The Emirates have long held quite a high price on the market for us and now also offer more than good prices for spring and summer and even events and autumn.

yes Turkish Airlines is good and have some very competitive prices. I flown with them twice this year. If you have a goldcard you can access the lounge in Istanbul which is one of the best I have seen.

Perhaps lowering oil prices are a factor

Very much a factor. Not only is the price of jet fuel going down, but the Norwegian Krone is also down 15% or so in the last year (depending on what you compare it with). Good news for any non-Norwegians flying with Norwegian.

The Russian Ruble is down way more, also heavily impacted by the oil price.

I scored open jaw tickets for US $791 on EVA for my upcoming May trip (LAX-BKK MNL-LAX). Lowest price I've seen in years.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I paid a little over 2 dollars per gallon of gas filling up my car yesterday.

Usually it's upper 4 dollar range.

I would say go for it at that Price. Just remember that they might charge you 3000 DKK more if you want to bring some luggage and 1500 DKK for a beer onboard :Think1:

Cheapest one i have seen was with Aeroflot with a 23H45Min layover in Moscow at 3200 DKK a year or so ago. Good price, just that i have no intention on staying in Moscow for any amout of time at all...Or flying with Aeroflot for that sake.

My heart bleeds  :SoWhat1:  at the height we were paying £1.40 a litre what's that probably £6 a gallon or perhaps $9

£1.09 - £1.12 is the average at the moment apart from some supermarket deals

Ya before my trip last month filled up my car it was like 4 dollar something.

Yesterday filled up for first time since coming back, and couldn't believe how much price dropped.

I notice plane ticket prices are also cheap now compared to last month for July.

Skyscanner.net had Aeroflot flight LHR to BKK @ £163 return up until 2 days ago, admittedly there was stopovers of 2 hours one leg and 15 hours the other but I don't mind paying more given all the bad reviews for Aeroflot.
