Update on Chillout guesthouse - Pattaya

Hi Guys - Bloody computers. Just did a post about our Guesthouse and draft disappeared so sorry if this post appears twice.

For those who dont know us - CHILL OUT  GUESTHOUSE is located in Honey Inn Soi 11 next door to Honey Inn and opposite Honey 1 Soapy massage. LK Metro the new Walking Street is one Soi over so we are right where all the action is.  We have been booked out lately but getting a few vacancies in a couple of weeks. We have high quality rooms with all facilities with sizes to suit most budgets. Full details are on our website www.chilloutguesthouse2-pattaya.com but is best to email us if looking for rooms as availability changes often. Our bar is a good size with a pool table and big screen TVs for sports. As our clientelle increases we intend adding more tvs to cover as many sports as we can. We are open 24/7 so early morning games arent a problem. Just tell us and we'll get it on.

 

We also have 9 motorbikes for rent at 200baht a day (high season) 300 for two days and 1000 for seven days. Dont like the same bike out for longer than a week so we can service and maintain them. If wanted longer we can change bikes.

 

We also have a massage shop and bar 50 metres up Soi 11 with 8 very respectable looking girls with a few hotties. Have girls and lady boys at CHILL OUT but most prefer to stay at the massage to get business done quickly I suppose but we can call on them if needed.

 

Our beer is always cold often with an ice collar and reasonable prices. I always like to refer to the bar as a place to CHILL OUT with a cold beer and a hot lady or just watch a game. There is never any pressure here.

 

I am Australian but welcome anyone who needs a drink etc. We often have spirited conversations from all countries. Come in for a beer and give us a go we can only improve facilities with good customers.

Thanks for the update Barry.    Would you believe I'm a Soi Honey Virgin.  walked down many times but never had a massage there.   When I do make it back I may well look to stay on the street and will keep the Chillout in mind.  I like to support smaller guesthouses rather than big hotels.

 

Plenty of cuties in the photos on your website.  not sure about the old duck in the photos in this thread.  Probably a real fun and life of the party gal though.

ANOTHER UPDATE - I thought high season was slowing but seems was just a breather. We are again fully booked.Ive had to help cleaning rooms as people were waiting to move in after a check out. Just a friendly suggestion to anyone needing a room. Please book ahead particularly in high season. I'm waiting on an arival that booked a room a year ago so his room is assured.

 

Also the habit of people saying they are not sure how long they want the room and booking two days at a time. We have had quite a few bookings as people have been kicked out of their rooms as they didnt commit to a number of days and the hotel booked their room out. You cant really blame them when people are screaming for a room. Just trying to help guys as no one wants to have to move in the middle of their holiday to sometimes an inferior room.

Just thought I'd add to this post about the good guy who booked a year in advance. We held his room for three days after his supposed arrival date and he never showed so we turned away customers that wanted his room. Room has been booked ever since.

As I wasn't there I can't know what happened, But I do know how these situations get embellished beyond a joke and that they can easily harm a business although untrue!

 

 I hope you continue to have the success you are with your business and that this blows over without to much harm being done.

I've became a regular at the Billabong after i found out about their 2 for 1 deal in a thread started by someone to flame the place.

 

No such thing as bad publicity, must have passed the Chillout GH 100s of times and never noticed it before, now i will stop and go in.

Thanks for the support. I'm loving all the free publicity so keep it coming. Rooms full and increased rustle of thai baht in the til is music to my ears. Three negative replies from 40,000 members is not going to hurt me. There are many people out there who have nothing better to do than post on websites.

Aussie being forced to drink !! Now that's a new one

Ha!, Ha! another comedian.  Dont know where you are from Mate but due to the tough drinking laws in Australia and the enforcement Australians probably drink less than most countries but tend to let their hair down when in Thailand. I can probably get the facts from my brother a retired Licensing Inspector who drank a lot before getting the job. Some of us dont drink and we are all not a country of convicts. Had a laugh with a few British customers that reckon everyone from U.K. should have been shipped to Aussie and left U.K. as the Penal Colony :-)

Thanks for all the positive support. Rooms fully booked and drinks flowing so baht also flowing. This "bad press" has increased Porns takings 300 - 500 % so loving all the FREE PUBLICITY for CHILLOUT. If you are visiting please identify yourselves as a Pattaya Addict and the first beer is on me.

Yes - Still owned by Porn but to save confusion changed name to Porn massage. Yes Porn was a massage girl due to her family circumstances but hasnt worked in almost 2 years. Only f...s me and does a bloody good job of it. She has developed with my tuition into a bloody good business woman. We have some real stunners there but mainly at night. I had some photos on Chill out website but was asked to remove them so boyfriends couldnt see. Maybe you'd like to come in to see if your "girlfriend" is working - as they do :-)

Hi Andy - Be happy to see you. You certainly can get lucky at CHILLOUT. Incidently I originally came to Pataya to buy Billabong but after staying 2 weeks didnt think the figures stacked up. Always packed now but with cheap beer and girls getting high commission on ladydrinks not sure if the profits are there.

Thanks Mate - Yes the majority of Pattaya girls have some sort of past but with lots of loving some  can come good. I'm hoping I've got a good one - she certainly does it for me
