I know its been done before, and ive been searching through the forums, reading other posts, jumping on booking sites to view, and will continue to do so after I finish typing this post.

My next trip (April 2015) I want to get a decent room.. what is a must is:
In room safe

Nice new modern bathroom preferred. Good shower a must
large room (tripping over your bag to walk around the room is not fun... tune hotel!)
nice pool, with a bar (roof top pool a plus however not an issue)
no guest charge, i may fancy bringing a guest or two over

24 hour concierge a plus
balcony with a nice (sea) view
some place where im not going to be kept up by noise (I plan on returning to the room after 2am each day, maybe later.. so shouldnt be an issue right?)
Location, between or on, second road to beach road, soi 4 to Walking Street.. anywhere around that area is good, however 6/7 or 11 would be great.

In the room, flat screen tv a plus, also a couch would be nice to lounge on.

Budget is anything up to 2200 THB per night, however id rather not hit 2200, id rather be lower.  But I figure its only for 10 nights and it is my holiday I might aswell fork out a bit extra for a bit nicer.. I plan on spending alot of daytime around the pool/room

So far the only one that looks good to me is

however it looks like it caters to familys and I havent looked up if its girl friendly yet

anymore suggestions?

again sorry for another "help me find this" thread

Pattaya Discovery Beach hotel isn't girl friendly

Doubtful you'll find anywhere with sea view on second rd though

Holiday Inn matches your desires barring it's location

You can try the two SeaMeSpring hotels on Soi 10 near Beach Rd. Just be aware that a new hotel is being constructed there so noise could be a problem.

Pattaya Discovery is a great hotel and in fantastic location however when I stayed there I was with my gf so checked in together etc. I think they have a joiner fee for övernight guest".

Have also stayed at Holiday Inn which is very nice also however its right down near Soi 2. For me it wasnt an issue as I dont mind a casual walk up beach Road.

Sandy Spring on Soi 13.

Meets every one of your requests. They have a VIP card you can get when

you check in that gives you an automatic deduction for that entire stay.

They have a 7 day wait before using the card so order and pay on line at least 8 days before checking in to get 300 Baht discount per night.

Some rooms don't have safe from last I was there.
