I haven't had problems with the Gillette blades made in Thailand, but the ones made in India was like shaving with sandpaper.  But a blade lasts me a couple of weeks and as they are small to pack, I much prefer to bring from home (though not always practical if flying with no checked baggage, hence my tries with the thai ones)

 

Genuine Mach 3 blades sold in Thailand are made in Germany.

The ones sold in Thailand are packaged for the Thai market in Malaysia.

yes I should have said 'the ones I've bought in Thailand' I've had no problem with. As Dave showed, made in Germany.

 

When I was in Nepal I bought a packet of Mach 3's that were made in India and they ripped me apart

 

Either way, the Mach 3's in Thailand are fine

Oh no , I am not talking about the blade .... But your marketing strategy ....fantastic , one slip of a wrong word in op (genuine ) and the ball kept rolling ...title remain on best optic ... The more it was discussed more folks came to know ....brilliant ...

Let me put it this way - Daveo is a businessman in Pattaya with a rep' to protect, so he's somewhat unlikely to jump on to PA and start selling a product that he knows is going to damage his good name and potentially affect his main business.  From the comments I've seen from folks that have purchased the blades, all is good and the product appears to be a genuine (and I use that word deliberately) deal, and all the negativity is coming from folks who aren't there and haven't purchased.

 

Surely, enough said?  This must be the shaving equivalent of putting up a pic' of a TG and having half the respondents saying "Ladyboy". :rolleyes:

I don't think it's attacking another BM by pointing out that you can buy decent razor blades (made in the USA) in Pattaya from regular retail outlets for less than half the price of what the OP is asking.  I think that being aware of that option is good info for the other BMs.  Maybe you don't.

No idea, never used them, unlike you I would not run them down because I have not used them, you however did the opposite but have not used the Blades I am selling but felt the need to run them down.

My opening thread was about Gillette Mach 3 and you and one or two others continue to what is called thread fucking, I mean I don't come to your work and criticize your sweeping up skills do I ?

Its ok though because the many who have tried them, (ALL) have been ok with them and not one complaint, says it all and we have a laugh almost daily over your silly petty jealousy.
