good location twin room 1000ish?

Hello

 

Me and my mate are both students, meaning we're on a budget. So our plan is to book a twin room for our first two pattaya nights(and only go ST during this time if we want action) and then find some 600-700 baht guesthouse/hotel once we're already in Pattaya.

 

Does somebody know of some good location hotel that has twin rooms for about 1000 baht? 1200 is OK too I guess if we get value for those extra 200 lol.

 

Requirements are the normal: Clean + wifi + AC

Big bonus would be balcony.

And finally, the better location the better it is. My definition of good location is either <5 min walking distance to WS or LK Metro, or <2-3 min walk to convinient baht bus picking up area going to WS or LK Metro. So somewhere between WS and LK Metro would be perfect I guess, but Beach Road or sth is more than OK too.

 

Family Mart or 7-eleven would also be nice to have very nearby but then again, I guess it's harder to find somewhere in Pattaya where there isn't a family mart/7-eleven than vice versa.

 

Recommendations for 600-700 baht guesthouses/hotels would be appreciated as well, thanks

How long are you staying for?

If it's only a couple of weeks then I wouldn't want to change accommodation. Just book a guesthouse for the duration.
