Write an email to Nam, from Nam's Taxis, [email protected]

She drives a taxi now, but used to be a caddie, and, according to a few of my friends, plays a decent game herself.

She knows most if the courses around the province, know about prices and opening hours, would be happy to advise you, and if you want a partner to play with, might be happy to do so.

She also has two sets of clubs, which may save you on hire costs if you don't bring your own.

She reads and writes OK English, and is a charming person to hang out with. Sorry, no extras...

Im partial to a little early morning golf myself....always get me a hole in one.

Price discussions are killing my mood and my illusions.

I teed off at Phoenix one morning at 6am.

We couldn't see the green from the tee at the first hole.

It was a nice time to tee off but getting up at 4:30 is a pain.

10 am is my normal tee off.

You have to remember that Golf and Pattaya are not the same as golf and anywhere else in the world. Your standard golf player (I am one) is generally just walking back from WS at 6am after that it becomes a blur but often includes a fuck, sometimes you have to pour it in! Then a shower, a scramble down to the lobby fighting your golf bag all the way. A cold bacon sandwich that has to be rated in the Tigerline minibus. T off at 11am and play 18 holes like Stephen Hawkins. Any deviation from this routine is not Pattaya golf and is not welcome. :GoldenSmile1:

Organized groups tend to leave between 8:00 - 9:00 with tee times around 10:00 or later for the benefit of later risers and bars which serve breakfast.  Travel times vary between 20 to 60 minutes and with all teeing off and then showers, eating in some cases and trip home it is late afternoon before you get to Pattaya.  You do see some early golfers out but they tend to be friends or groups who are not part of organized outings.  To play with early groups you would need your own transportation or taxi to make that work best.

Common sense is not very common.

One of my regular caddies (at Emerald) regularly has a 6am booking....I would say it's probably someone living nearby because it's nearly an hour away from Pattaya.

She's finished before 11am.

My group always start in the morning but usually 8 to 9ish. Breakfast 6.30 to 7ish. Taxi ready at 7.30am

Back in time for a mid afternoon massage and ancilliaries

THE MAIN THING IS TO KEEP THE MAIN THING THE MAIN THING
