Looking for nice guesthouse or small condo, or clean hotel for this time period. Am not interested in Jomtien. Central Pattaya. 20-25000 baht/month. Have 2 entry visa. May stay another 60 days after March 12th. "Arriving Bangkok Jan 12th. Going to a few other places as well before Feb 1st." If anyone knows of nice guesthouse with vacancies, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Book somewhere for a few days and once your here beet the feet, with such a low high season, owners will be near giving rooms away! You will be money in the bank for a 6 week stay, they will be frothing at the mouth over you!

Thanks Nixon. I guess this is the best thing to do. Thought there might be a guesthouse owner, condo owner, etc.. out here with more info.

For Central Pattaya, I would look at irover, boomerang and pizza Italy, ill put sine links up later
