bay breeze, honey inn or scenery hotel

Looking at some hotels around the soi honey area for my 1 month trip in july/august which offer good value for money. Bay breeze is charging 21000b per month without breakfast for a standard room which I think is good value, I know it hasn't been long renovated does any one know if the standard rooms have also been done.

Also out of the above mentioned 3 hotels can someone give me there opinion on which one is best. I know the scenery hotel is brand new but don't know if they give monthly rates as nothing is mentioned on there web site and the honey inn in photos looks on par with the bay breeze.

Can't give you a comparison since I've only been in The Scenery hotel, but I recommend it. The Scenery is excellent. 1k baht/day for the standard room. Very nice bed, bathroom, TV, fast internet, wide selection of sattelite channels. They keep it clean and hygenic. Nice mini balcony. Good AC. No bullshit "joiner" fee. Friendly staff.

honey inn is new as compared to baybreeze certainly... downside is that it does not have a pool... and Breakfast end at 10 am.. to early for funcity and sin city

I have stayed at honey inn very nice hotel . Value for money , I have also stayed at scenery hotel , my honest opinion is scenery hotel . Bigger bed and more comfortable . Both have great showers.

If your up for breakfast maybe honey inn or h boutique is for you. There the same owners (thai)

I stayed at bot honey and scenery honey is not bad at 1300 baht breakfast included. it does have fast wifi. the scenery was still finishing up construction. it had a special od 1200 baht  standard rm No breakfast). the bed is nice and big. wifi was good. the issue I see is scenery is brand new my room already had stress cracks developing. also the price was going up. once everything was finished. I myself would not pay more then 1300 for it. honey was a better option

Stayed at scenery in November was 1200 great bathroom big shower clean. Good front desk staff excellent large bed . I liked it just no pool

Did my homework and checked tripadvisor and all the forums for reviews, just wanted to get a comparison from bm who have stayed in them and how they compare.

For example no pool but better room quality would suite me more as i dont go swimming much while im in patts or late breakfast like the bay breeze as long as the room is on par with the others.

Room quality for me is number 1.
