Kinda behind Boxing Roo I think, across 3rd rd from soi Lengkee. Apparently its 17-18k per month. Anyone been there? Looks pretty good but thinking I am not too keen on crossing 3rd rd so often.

Nice clean rooms, nice owners, good wifi and cheap beer! But yes, you have to cross 3rd road...

why don't you try SUTUS COURT ? (CORNER SOI BHUAKAO/SOI LENGKEE).

I stayed there last year for 16,000/month.

they have zone 1, 2, 3, and 4 (I stayed in 2)

big swimming pool, huge Jacuzzi, 7/11, family mart all on doorstep.

and in the middle of action (LK Metro)

Google it for details. Book with hotel direct is cheaper than the big hotel websites.
