Any comments regarding these rooms? Just had a look at them and they seem pretty decent.

 

How loud do the top floor rooms get at night due to the agogo downstairs?

Big rooms for a good price. I never noticed any noise but I didn't get back until after breakfast every night/morning.

Do they charge for  utilities if you rent the room by the month? It doesn't say on the website.

Visited a friend who stayed there few times & didn't hear any noise, I think he had a room in 3rd floor.

Beware of getting a room on the Soi Baukhao(sp) side, it can be quite noisy until late and starts again early in the a.m. This was my experience years ago.
