Walking Street Hotels with Safe

Im looking for a hotel/guesthouse on Walking Street or extremely close that is not over 1200 baht and has a safe inside of the room that does not have a joiner fee. Im going to be in Pattaya in June... have already tried Secrets and want to try something new..

Hey billbill, how about Jasmine hotel? I'm actually staying there now, my 3rd stay here. It's right off WS, on Soi BJ, you can walk to WS in about 1 minute. It should fit your budget and has a decent in room (closet) safe. Though I will say that Secrets had a better, higher quality safe.

I'll second Secrets - actually, the OP's question seems like a softball for Secrets.  They are right next to WS, even have their own bar with girls attached.  I have reviewed them on Agoda recently - in essence, the place does the job, super convenient location, friendly staff, no joiner fees, and they do check IDs and hold them until you say girls are OK to leave (in case of a runner), helpful in setting up the taxi to and from BKK.  Usually solid WiFi too.

 

Downside is the rooms are fading - I'd gladly pay a few hundred baht extra per night and have a refresh. Also, no elevator...  can get scary with half-drunk BGs and high heels - ungentlemanly, I make them walk first in case they fall.  Also a nice upskirt view, which doesn't hurt.

 

If they could overhaul the place, give it a refresh, and some sound-proofing, I'd give it 5 stars.  Right now, it's about 3.

 

The bar could do with slimmer girls - all a tad too chunky.  That said, I did meet a really nice one last time, YMMV

already stayed at Secrets... enjoyed the place but  looking for something different... I dont drink alcohol so the bar is of little interest to me...i dont like being too far away from Walking Street.. enjoy being close to the discos and beach road... thanks for all of the replies... just hoping to find some other options and hear frist hand from BMs about their experiences... the in safe room is the deal maker for me

I stayed at Jasmine hotel for 3 weeks in June this year.

The safe in the room was fine.

Room wasn't the best, but did the job for the price paid.

Hope they have now finished the renovations on the ground floor though.

Whats Secrets bar fee to take out a girl? Im thinking about staying there in July.

Im also interested how much is one girl at Secrets for 2 hours and also for one night?about how much is one room per night for one person?thanks in advance.
