Have not stayed there but have stayed at the other LK hotels. They are cheap because they are more out of the way. You have the baht bus system that will take you to LK Metro and you can walk to beach road and get the baht bus to WS.

I looked at this hotel but I don't think they have balconies which I like and it is very close to Central Pattaya Road and being a light sleeper I thought too noisy.

Be good for the rest of us that you give a little trip report about this hotel when you are there or after. Great watch shop across the road to get good quality fakes as they put seiko and casio internals into their fakes so they last forever.

LK hotels are guest friendly for 1 but will most likely charge for 2 at a time.

Enjoy

Strayed one month @ LK Mansion a few years ago. Monthly rate B500/night booked online. Thought the rooms were OK for the price. They do have balconies, but they face inboard over the lobby (Rather unique concept). Room cleaning good. The bathroom is a little too large, which makes the living area a little too small.

There are sidewalk services like seamstress & shoe repair right outside the hotel. The very well-known Lengkee Restaurant is right around the corner. Comprehensive menu with the fastest Service I have experienced in SE Asia. Good place to take a TGF.

Reception staff are typical of the shitheads you find in many hotels in Pats. Don't expect them to go the extra mm for you. I asked if I could leave my bag for a few hours while awaiting my Taxi. They left it sitting in the open the entire time right in front of the reception desk. Anyone could have picked it up. Even in Pats, most hotels have at least a closet to store left luggage.

BIG DOWNER:  The so-called safe boxes are in the open lobby area but not behind reception. There is no control on access to them. The boxes they were using had rinky-dink keylocks of the type you have in your desk at work. I accidentally stuck my key into someone else's box, & it opened it (No, I didn't steal anything)! So, the "Safe" boxes are totally unsafe. This precludes any future occupancy on my part.

CHEERS!
