flipper house hotel need advice

hi all

i am visiting thailand first time in february and i have done a bit of research in this forum and i must say you guys are doing a great job.

 

i am going to book my hotel from your link so i can contribute aswell.

 

my questions about Flipper house hotel are

i read it is guest friendly and i have sent them email but not heard back from them. Has anyone stayed here ever paid any joiner fees.

 

if 2 of my friends book one standard double room can they take 2 girls in thir room without extra joiner fees.    

 

any advice ? 

i just need hotel close to Walking Street you reckon its a good choice or if you would like to suggest more names i am happy to research on it. My budget is between 700 to 1300 thb.

No joined fees. Have had 2 girls in the past no joined fee. Stayed at flipper hotel soi 7. Aussie bar is tops. Right across soi from the place. Great girls and mama. Have fun. I gotta wait til March or April.

Have stayed in Flipper House one time and enjoyed it. Great location and not to much noice. One thing I don't like about the place is that they don't lower their prices in low season and it seems almost impossible to negotiate a deal with them.

 

Aussie Bar across the street is a great bar with a lot of nice girls.

Maybe I should add that the rooms in Flipper House is quite smallish. Don't book anything smaller than the Superior Room.

Flipper Lodge has been the standard rooms, but only Superior and higher.

This Thursday will be the first time I am not staying at Flipper House hotel and that is only because there were no rooms. I love this hotel, it's a nice middle ground between Walking Street, Soi 6, Drinking street and LK Metro. Bars on Soi 7 tend to be a little subdued but it is good for a quiet drink before heading out. Late finishing breakfast. Nice pool bar. I highly recommend that you check out PJ DJ Bar just next to the hotel, has some crazy parties. Nate and June speak great English and will give you the lowdown on the girls.I recommend trying Janny, best BJ there. 

 

If you are a budget, one of your friends should stay next door at PJ DJ, like 5-700 per room because sharing a room is not a good idea.

 

Try get a room off of soi 7 as noise will keep you up, they have rooms at the back at Flipper House. 

 

They will also call you when the girl collects her ID to make sure you're still ok.

1. We are not have safe deposit box in the Standard room, the room with safety box are at some of Deluxe room, Mini Suite room and Suite room only.
2. We are not have any extra charge for the joiner you bringing to the hotel does not matter how many people you will bring back to your room, but they have to leave thier ID card with our security and we will check with you once again before they leave from the hotel.

Just a few  words of advice ,do not take  a   bargirl  from   anywhere  near to hotel, preferably another  soi  {street}. because  you will get  grief,   they are  very  jealous

It can get very annoying if she catches you the next night with another girl walking into your hotel. You might as well scratch the bar off your list

Ladies from beer bars are real jealous...I had one bad experience in 2013 while being at flipper house....only Soi 6 ladies are accepting butterflies...

I stayed at Flipper House in 2012 and had a great stay. I like the location, and the room was fine (yes, I think only some rooms have in-room safes, I can't remember about my room). I don't recall my room being noisy or anything. I wanted to book there in 2013, but email negotiations on a cheaper room rate for staying a while broke down and I decided on April Suites in the end as it was cheaper - I also had a good stay there.

Stayed at Flipper House and Flipper lodge for 2 weeks each dec 2013.

Recommend both. Flipper House make sure you book into the new wing .The old wing is a dump.

New wing great rooms no Safety box. 

Internet and Breakfast sucks. Eggs-Toast and Pancakes pre made and left on counter for pickup.

Paid for internet but only good for emails. Walked down to olala restaurant 20 meters for Breakfast and great Internet.

Great Location both hotels.
