Pattaya People Paint Temple Wall Together

Many Local people and foreigners joined together to paint a temple wall after a British man had started painting it.
 

PATTAYA- December 28,2014[Pattaya Daily News]; at 16.00 pm the reporters previously revealed that a foreigner had started painting the temple wall, later the local people, fireman officers and soldiers from Military Circle 14th also joined forces and together painted more of the wall of the temple too.

Upon questioning MR.Wirat Tubtim-deputy chairman of Nong Samor community- revealed that there were many people who had notified him about painting the wall after the news of this foreign man doing the same had been widely spread throughout local media. Later he reported to Mr.Mai Chaiyanit-mayor of Nong Prue district- in order to ask for 30 buckets of paint, plus and additional 10 buckets that were also contributed by some other people. The people would come back to continue painting again after new year festival.

 

There were many people who carried out the work to the temple wall, including foreigners who assisted in the painting. They all dedicated their work to King Rama 9th , the same people have also vowed to carry out further renovations to the temple.

The reporters added that those people who were on duty also donated paint and some money to buy beverages and food for those who painted the wall.
