Nice little hotel with 28 rooms, owned by a Thai lady in her 40's, who has a baby with some Swiss guy.

I've stayed my last 8 trips to Pattaya there since 2009 december, going back for new years eve.

It is located behind Tuk com, in a quiet soi, there was/is a karaoke bar behind it but last 2 trips it has been quiet at nights.

20-30 baht with motorbike taxi to Soi Diamond & 50-60 Baht to Soi Diana

(tho if I go to Soi Buakhao I usually walk to start of Buakhao and wait for baht bus)

They got a small kitchen where they can make breakfast, coffee & tea.

Drinks were cheap about 40baht for beer if I remember correctly, can post the exact prices when I get there.

They dont have vodka or whiskey in there, but I have bought mine from 7-11 and drink by the poolside in the evenings before I hit the town,

never been a problem. Only the damn mosquitos bother you after the sun goes down, but there is usually mosquito spray on reception, or you can buy your own at 7-11 or family mart.

Small swimming pool with few sunchairs.

Friendly staff, cleaning ladies work from 8am to 4pm usually.

Prices

Standard room                     Deluxe room

950 - Baht / daily                  1150- Baht / daily

Deluxe rooms have a small kitchen which is kinda useless.

All rooms have safety boxes

No joiner free for ladies ( not even if you take more at the same time )

Keep in mind it is located in gay friendly area so there are some gay customers usually also.

But they never bothered me.

I say it's a good hotel for that price

I saw the website, and it looks like the monthly rates are good, but that maybe the water and electric is expensive. OP, have you ever stayed a month and if so what did you typically pay for water and electric? Also, only two times per week room service for monthly tenants. Otherwise looks good.

They give monthly prices when you stay minimum of 3 months, longest I'he stayed was 7 weeks.

Few of my friends have stayed there with monthly rates,

and I never heard them complain about those prices.

I remember that they arrenged some extra cleanings,

They just bought few Bacardi breezers for the cleaning ladies.

Looks good....though just a few questions...

(1) Do they have LCD's TV's in all the rooms & how many channels do you get?

(2) Any Wifi?

(3) Are the balcony's all private? meaning it looks like you can walk right around to every ones balcony space...correct?

(4) Do you have any personal pixs of the bathroom? They don't give any decent pixs on website.

(5) How good is the room safe? Is it a electronic safe or just a key safe?

Cheers :Grin3:

2 they got Wi-Fi, last time I was there it did'nt work well on 3rd & 4th floors , but they had some guy from internet company to fix those issues, don't know how well it works now.

3. Every room has private balcony.Though there is 4 rooms with poolside balcony. Only the 4 "deluxe" rooms have 2nd balcony where everybody Can walk right in.

5. Electronic safety boxes + they got pretty good, newly installed cctv system so can see if there have been unwanted visitors in your room.
