Damned right. There has to be consequences for the lack of judgement and restraint in these situations. Shooting into a public place with pedestrians about - over a fucking purse snatcher? - those fools should never be allowed in a position of authority again.

 

Not that the two punks snatching the purse she be let off the hook - but jeesh, the officers should have a better idea of when to use force and when to exercise restraint.
