yes, it's all about the lineup, too many Gogos these days with beach road talent

Whatever happened to Malibu, perhaps I caught it on a bad night, but 2 customers? Ouch!

Many of the lk Gogos are really struggling for customers., as well as walking street.

Many will not survive this year.

 

 

Far to many gogo bars not enough decent talent to work the poles

Some of the Malibu chicks are also freelancing at The Blue Lagoon in The Village on Third Road on Sunday afternoons.

It is great someone wants to try a new approach. The Copy Someone Else business model is boring for customers, if perhaps safer for the business owner. I don't get all the bashing, He is putting his money where his mouth is, so we will know soon enough if it works. If his overhead is low enough, I don't see why he can't compete on price. The key is always the staff, hard to attract good ones. He is opinionated, but most people who want to do something different are. Look forward to seeing the new venue. Good luck.

I like the idea of a lady lounge and ST rooms, something like Sexy in the city's layout, would be good for private dancers and private parties.  Not to keen on the sports lounge, IMHO to only thing that should be on a TV screen is porn and sexy music videos.  Would you keep the same price structure for the lady lounge as the go go bar?

Sports lounges in GG,s are like chocolate and French fries, they don't belong on the same plate and even more so in such a small premises..

 

In and around LK there are dozens of places that show sports and have women available, even some GG,s.

 

I cant think of anything more frustrating or demotivating for the girls than to have a bunch of guys sitting and ignoring them as they stare at the TV, other than merely having no customers at all.

 

The end result though is the same for the girls, no drinks money or BF,s.

 

Instead why not have that floor as more of an overspill place to be used as and when required.

 

Use a softer and far more intimate style of seating and provide a somewhat more "grope friendly" area.

 

The usage of the floors then could be:

 

Ground floor

 

Mainstream GG where you sit and enjoy watching the girls and have one or more join you for a relatively brief drink, you would then have your staff ask if the customer would like to sit upstairs with the girls in a more intimate setting where a full drinks service would be provided but maybe at a slightly higher price (a drinks menu with pricing would be shown to the guy with a couple of photos of the upstairs.on the back)

 

1st floor:

 

Soft, well padded comfy seating arrange so that eacht gives a degree of privacy from the others, I suggest semi circular ones that each can take a maximum of 4 people with a small table in front for drinks or to the side of each.

 

This would allow the girls to provide a bit more hands on action than downstairs, maybe even BJ,s but for full sex the option of the ST room(s) on the next floor would be on offer, again the staff and or girls could inform the customer, or merely to BF the girl and take her elsewhere..

 

To save having waiting staff constantly present each seat could have a buzzer connected to the bar downstairs which would indicate when service was required.

 

If this floor was kitted out nicely it could work very well and the advantage of course is the girls are still on the premises rather than just being BF,d and leaving.

 

Well those are my thoughts on the matter but really its down to what you actually want the focus of your business to be.

 

Girls or a bit of everything.

Bit of everything, well if your premises were far far larger it may well work but given its size, I've walked past several times and seen the guys at work, it don't think it will. Also if your following that route then its only logical that you have the sports bar downstairs and the GG up if your having ST rooms on the top.

 

With the "girls" focus you will be offering something unique in LK, with the sports option you will just be another one offering similar and that is a very crowded market.

 

I'm sure some guys will disagree with me and of course its your money not mine but I hope you give what I've said some serious consideration.

 Yes points well taken. It will be a lady lounge similar to the daytime spots. However, we will be nighttime ,and also if you like a lady downstairs and want more privacy can escape upstairs. We will have T.V's but  will play music maybe only major sporting events will focus on sports and play the t..v"s. Thanks for input. Brian

I would suggest you not post any photographs of the ladies unless they're done with proper lighting. Too many times well-meaning people have posted unflattering photos of ladies done with cameras with built-in, "head-on" flashes. The effect is too harsh for portrait photography and can make the girls look worse than they are in real life.

 

The reaction on the boards to such photos is often merciless: "mingers," "swine," "stretch-marked monsters," etc. You can be sure someone will tell the girls about the comments, which, of course, will make them very unhappy. Best idea is to only post photos which thew girls themselves consider attractive and to post them in a non-flaming area of the board.

100% agreed with what Evil Penevil said. Posting pictures of girls here will hurt your business more then it helps. That is unless your picture can look close to those by Insomnia.
