Starting a new go go with major changes. Tired of walking prices

I can not even grasp how some of the expats and especially the ones who have been in Pattaya for years and know how things work here are even giving the op the "good luck with your project"comments.

Im not saying i know it all because i have been coming here the last 15 years, but i know several gogo owners quite well and have a decent insight in what it takes and costs to run a profitable a gogo. (beleive me, it¨s not rocketscience) (but it will give u headaches no matter profitable or not)

The businessplans the op mention is just a silly and childish Dream, with no sence of realitycheck.

I know which unit in LK he is talking about, its a 1 unit bullshit facility with bad location.

And what can i say about the OP¨s dream prices, You can¨t make Money from it!

And finally your cynical idea that you are good friends with millons of supernice/beautiful Girls who want to work in a bar where they within 3 days of work, will realize by changing bar they will double their earnings.

I have spent millions of bath in this Town and i¨m quite Confident i have barfined as many if not more stunning gals here, and many of them i¨m friendly with. However, this would never make me beleive they would start to work in a new bar and be loyal to me just because we are friends.

Come on man, they are thai and their earnings will Always be their top priority and why the hell would¨t  it be.

Well Gator1 does bring up good points and legitimate areas of concern echoed by many of us.

 

Business and friendship are two different things. Being super nice and coddling bargirls on a barfine is one thing, doing that to your employees is the kiss of death as they'll run your business to the ground. Kindness in business is weakness. Sure I am not the only one who is curious what name the place had (has). Indeed sounds like a good deal to get a lot of girls into the right mood to have a joyful evening..

 

The well known gogo off  "Walking St that opened and closed a lot". It had to be the one and only "Sakura 69"!

 

I thought I had given it away to any of the regulars by being a little too obvious. I used to have a really good time there. Especially after ringing the bell and buying a bottle of tequila. Couple of the dancers weren't real happy when they realized I was paying  a thousand baht to buy a bottle of Tequila instead of multiple LDs. 

 

I enjoyed it a lot more once I clued into this 1000 baht bottle deal. Anyone was welcome to come have a drink with me.... they just had to have tequila.

After that I just sat there and enjoyed my San Miguel in peace knowing that my bin started at 1000 baht and from there on was only my beers or bar fine going on the bill.

 

It really did get some of the girls in the mood for fun.

 Hello all. This is Brian previously from glass house. Since I left glass house I have been busy  writing my book and also with real estate investment. I am a customer/ john/ trick that visited walking street often. Now as many of you know lady drinks are as high as 180 THB, bar fines 1,500 and long time don't get me started. Got quoted 7,000 from one recently a new record. Also rents are way up on walking street and mamasons are also pushing the prices higher. I will open a new go go on lk soon that will roll back the prices 7-10 years. It will be a small go go with hot girls but no mamason between you ,my customer, and the ladies. I will have a  expat member card with the following prices. All bar fines 700 all the time. The ladies prices will be between you and her but my ladies will know what price range we expect. All drinks for expats 100 THB  and all lady drinks 100 THB We will have music by request no DJ. The name of the go go will be Chaos located next to the office a go go. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. Do you think this concept will work? Hot ladies I guarantee not all will bar fine but most will.  To summarize

1. Hot girls

2. low prices

3 no mamason 

4 no dj

5 music by request

 Will open next to the beauty club. the old Russian Casino. Well lasted one day. About boss friend relationship. Why not I said I barfine these girls take them out mainly to pier and have become friends. I think they give good service because they tell me most everything and they stay with me all night and never ask me for one baht. I give if I want and most of the time only pay their bf. A barfine of 700 baht is not such good deal: I got a threeholer at 700 baht all in.

The drinks from 7-11 were a better deal than your drinks and lady drinks at 100 baht.

It is a single unit, which is narrow (think of defunct Submarine), but the location is not better or worse than any place on Soi LK Metro.
