If you mean good quality, but not cheap, jewelry, there's a Swarowski shop in the Royal Garden Plaze mall. It's on the ground floor.

Of course it will still cost a lot less than diamonds...

I mean something Made in Thailand, like I saw one street vendor selling yesterday. It was just red crystal glass but looked good enough for me :-)
