The Court of Appeals Tuesday upheld the Criminal Court's sentence of 12 months in jail against red-shirt leader Arisman Pongruangrong who was convicted in defaming former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva in his rally speeches on October 11 and 17 2009.
