Hello folks. I am planning to stay in Pattaya for a longer period of time but unfortunately lack the funds to buy a 5 year visa directly. The one year minimum contracts for most apartments will not do for me.

 

In this subforum I found this hotel:

which seems like a good place. I wonder if people can help out and make a complete list of these types of rentals.
