Anyone Stayed at Dynasty Inn Lately?

Recommended Posts

I stayed at Areca first trip, and Ill be heading back to Patts for my 2nd holiday next month for 12 nights. I booked Dynasty Inn for the second 6, and still haven't decided where I will stay for the first. Has any one stayed at Dynasty recently. How was your experience. How are the showers?? Comfortable for 2 people?

And while I am at it, any recommendations for the first 6? The two most important things are obviously no 21 age restriction and no joiner fee.

A good shower doesn't hurt. Who doesnt like to fuck in the shower here and there! :D

I stayed at the Dynasty Inn last June  for 25 days  and cannot fault it The staff were friendly and helpful, Theshower was walk in type amd large enough for a bj etc. i got a discount to 1152 baht per night.  Room was clean and big enough for me.....Standaed size.  Wonder ful bar across the soi handy to all the action. Will stay there again next year

Regarding the hotel transfer to Pattaya from BKK. Because I stayed 3 nights in the Dynasty in bangkok it cost 300 baht for the transfer to the Dynasty in Pattaya, the drawback being... it cost 900 baht from the airport to the hotel in Soi4 Bkk in the first place using the hotel car. Their excuse.. the driver needs compensation for waiting time, delays etc....How can you win?

I prepaid for 5 nights at the one in Pattaya, two songkrans ago... internet was not working, and they kept telling me it would be shortly.  asked for a refund after second day without, they refused, I left and went to VT6, giving up on 3 prepaid nights.

so I don't have much nice to say about the Dynasty.

Ah Daddee I think you was just unlucky I always say here for part of my Trips been doing so for over 12 Years and love it for many reasons best part is location and staff for me. Sure much better hotels around for similar Monies but it has a place in my Heart and back again in a few weeks before then moving onto the LK Renaissance hoping the building works are not too noisy and they site me other side

Dynasty Inn is good value for money. Roms are ok. The pool in top is not the best. Small and difficult to find shadow. Many BM dont care about pool but IF you do maybe Areca Lodge is abetter choice. Breakfastte is included in Areca, not in Dynasty.

I have tried over 5 hotels in Patts and the Dynasty Inn is by far the worst of the bunch for me.

I had horrible customer service at the desk, construction noise at the time (I am sure that is over by now), and the rooms were just so so.

I love the location, but I stay at Sandy Spring down Soi 13 a little bit. A little bit more baht but well worth it if you ask me, as that is my home is Patts 90% of the time.

I normally stay at 4-5 Star hotels when I travel but down grade a bit in Patts to save $ due to my length of stay.

Sandy Spring is probably a 3 1/2 Star, but Dynasty is a 3 Star.

I just spend a week at Dynasty Inn on soi 13.

Very happy on all fronts.

Good rooms, decent price from Agoda at just under $30 USD per day.

Friendly and helpful staff.

I'm a creature of habit, so I'll stay there again on my next trip in about 6 months.

My regular stay hotel. Good service and value for money. The area is quite calm during all times.
