3 bb and changing rooms

If i move to another condo with phone line in the room can i connect my 3bb motom and get a signal or the condo must have a cable connecting 3bb to its phone lines.

Yes i know but how do i find out if 3 bb is in the building ?  3bb can not answer or understand my question. They say ask condo. but condo has no phone listed.
