Im looking for a room that offer this for under 1000B/night

A real office chair and a desk!

Also:

Safe in the room

Refrigerator

Microwave (not a must)

Mirror at the bed

Good location

I have found pletty of places with chairs and a desk, but the chair is usually some wood chair or a chair without a arm- and backrest. It do not need to be any fancy chair, just a proper office chair.

Here you have a cheap one from ikea in thailand so you get an idea of what Im looking for.

Only place so far that comes close is globetrotter.

All my available apartments have the above and more.

Rental is 1,000tb per night however I could drop this to 999tb to accommodate you.

Take a look at my website .

Just trying to avoid the inevitable posts of " he said under 1,000tb".

I don't expect a flood of requests for a discount by customers who have already booked.

Hehe, nice of you.:) The problem is the location, how is it with transport back and forward between this place and the more action packed part of pattaya?

I know this is not even nearly what you asked for, but get the Markus one instead, if you go to IKEA for an office chair. I'm sitting in one right now, and it's better than the brand name chairs we have at work that cost 5-10 times as much. Also, the mesh back is something you'll be glad for in Thailand, no doubt.

As for the location of those condos, it's quite all right, I would say. You could probably just roll down to WS from there, but I recommend getting motorised transportation on your way back.

So of all cheap rooms that are avaible for under 1000, there is only 2 with a office chair and at least one of them it is a very cheap office chair and the other one is on some dark street where I probably would be attack by dogs.;) And to be honest a little bit price since I planning sort of a long stay.

You are probably right, but to be honest none of them are even close to be as comfortable as my own chair at home, I can sleep in that one. So when I come to thailand and should do work from some hard wood chair it is a big change and I have a bad shoulder that needs something soft, But the point was that it do not have to be a super expensive chair.

I would actually be open to buy the chair if it wasnt for all the hassle that comes with that. I mean what should I do with the chair when I should leave, how would I get it there in the first place. I would have to make some sort of arrangment with the hotel/guesthouse then.

WS isnt really my thing anymore, but sure that could probably be fixed by the bath bus. Do the street have some life to it, or is it a dead street?
