I tried to book collection from DMK airport a couple of days ago and was told they no longer go to DMK

shame i have been using nams various cars for several years now i have to look for another good company

any ideas?

Some individual drivers, may still do this, but for drivers on there own, it is very hard to arrange a return load, and that distance and toll cost, a single journey is simply a loss maker.

Another shout out for Nam and her ladies.

Booking via Chanya was as efficient as ever.

Was picked up at Swampy by Miss Milk and taken back to Bangkok by Miss Min. They’re identical twins which led to a scene straight out out of a sitcom in my hotel lobby!! 
 

Both ladies drove spotless cars with skill and care.

Agree... used this service in August and September of this year {2019}.  Professional and courteous, and on time.  Drivers don’t rush, cars are very clean and they get you where you’re going.  Recommended.

I used Nam's for pickup at BKK and had no issues at all.  

She was all ready at the waiting point early since my flight landed early and I had fast track through immigration.

After my first trip, I added Nam on Line, and used that to book/confirm with her for my second trip.  

Seemed like responses were faster on her end, and if we’re all being honest, we’re probably checking Line more regularly than our emails when we’re in Pattaya anyway.  

Her ID is on her website, also on any email she sends.

I don't like to be repetitive, but I used Nam's service for my pick-up from BKK and for a ride back to the hotel where I stayed my last night in Bangkok in November.

Stellar service, as always!

As soon as I nail down my February dates, I plan to email Nam and get everything set.  I'm currently booked, but it's looking like I may have a trip to China the week before, so dates may change.

Her Gmail account is directly linked to her diary, easier for her than transferring a Line booking to her diary.

also, if most or all bookings come by email, it makes it easier for her to do a search than having to check Line, Messenger, WhatsApp and telephone txt.

Booked with her again and as always Milk  was on time & excellent service . This time i booked her for a half day day trip .  i wanted to visit Bangsaray beach with my family but Milk also took us to Sai keaw  beach , which was really a beautiful  beach .

Very happy with Nam's service, however both ways the driver (different ladies) gave me their personal details for my future travels. 

Seems they are attempting to cut out the middle lady (Nam) who built this good following in the first place

My experience has been within 24 hours. A lot of n's and m's in her address to get wrong so suggest double checking the address you used and resend.

Strange. It’s been 3 days now and no response. I checked that the email address was correct. I’ll give it another day or so and email again
