Here we go:

Price:650 baht

Location:Soi Honey

Girlfriendly:Yes

Would i come back:No

The owner is friendly but very poor english;the room service seems non-existant after 1pm;clean room but a bit cheesy;no fridge in standard room(huge disadvantage imo),no elevator(4 floors).

Given the location and price range, rooms above Chow soy restaurant win hands down imho.

How can you not have a fridge in a hotel/guesthouse room in Thailand??

Nice looking place and very good reviews. In the reality seems to be place for the early birds, if the room service is not available after 1pm. No fridge is a big no no.

Plenty of options in the Buakhao area. You can have a nice room from the hotel with pool, free wifi and restaurant for 700bht with working room service till 3pm.

I agree, but the owner said well you can take a look at booking.com, in standard rooms no fridge.

I mean ok didnt check it out before booking bcos tought thats out of question.

Even if this would be the only negative thing about this place its a dealbraker.

Im not sure till when room service is actually available.

I also hate there is no dont disturb/clean up my room sign you can put on the door.

One morning the maids knocked on my door 1pm I just woke up and tried to explain them to come little later. About 30 min later I left the room and came back late with a lady and my room was not cleaned at all.

I agree you just expect it to be standard in rooms now days, and there is now way they will mention before booking.would rule it out on that reason alone, hope people heading to book read your review.
